An Evening of Poetry and Music with Louis de Bernières
David Almond, winner of the Hans Christian Andersen Award, reads from his new book ‘The Colour of the Sun’, described by The Bookseller as ‘astonishingly beautiful’ and his next book ‘War is Over’, a graphic novel with a ten-year-old protagonist which commemorates the end of WW1. David will also talk about his famous book, Skellig, and the roots of his work, and invite lots of lively conversation!
